Maintenance and Support

Website maintenance recommendations are based on the estimated number of hours required, every month, to keep your website updated. All hours allocated are used at your discretion, and are used by our clients in different ways: some choose to bank the time, and carry out large updates every couple of months; some use every last minute (and probably then some), every month! We are completely flexible!

New software, hardware, programming languages and marketing techniques are frequently being introduced, redeveloped and updated. Maintaining your website every month ensures that your web site complies with these developments, and is always visible.

In addition, a website which contains dynamic content elements gives users a reason to return, and therefore provides a basis to build and nurture customer relationships. XyberWorks recommends the following support and maintenance criteria:

• Web site Support - XyberWorks will support the web site technology, following completion of the project, and ensure that the site is functional and meets the required level of performance. This can be negotiated, following approval of the XyberWorks Quote.

• Hosting Support - XyberWorks can advise on domain and web hosting requirements and hosting upgrades. This can be negotiated following approval of the XyberWorks Quote.

• Software Support - As software technology develops, XyberWorks can support and advise on all software used to support the web site, as well as any upgrades required. This can be negotiated following approval of the XyberWorks Quote.

• Future Recommendations - Due to the nature of the technology used to construct the web site, the site will be scalable for future content and structural developments. XyberWorks can advice on future content as part of our monthly maintenance and support contract.
